The verses sent down by Allah in the Qur’an contain references to Hazrat Mahdi (as), who will be sent as a mercy in the End Times, and to the period during which he will rule.

Allah bestowed on our Prophet (saas) a clear victory over those hostile to Muslims in that time. However, in these verses Allah also indicates the He will bestow a great victory and superiority on Hazrat Mahdi (as) against unbelievers in the End Times. (Allah knows the truth).

The rapid spread, from the 18th century on, of Darwinism and such irreligious philosophies based on it as materialism, communism and fascism led to a weakening of belief in Allah, or else its complete disappearance. However, as of the end of the 20th century, Allah began showing the power of the system of the Mahdi (as) across the world, the invalidity of Darwinism has begun coming clearer and clearer every day, and people’s brains, previously suppressed by means of lies and deception, have now been enlightened with Allah’s existence and the fact of creation, in such a way as never to be clouded over again. As a branch of science, evolution theory has been consigned to the waste bin of history, and the fact that the theory still has its adherents can only be explained it terms of nostalgia or for ideological reason. But this certainly does not alter the invalidity of the theory. People of wisdom and good conscience have now seen the truth, and there can be no return from this from then on.

Allah will test Hazrat Mahdi (as) by sending him to very difficult circumstances. In this time, so near to the end of the world, to the Judgment Day in other words, all kinds of ferocity and immorality have increased at a huge and unstoppable pace, all kinds of heretical beliefs and practices have become established throughout the world and, most important of all, the general acceptance of such an illogical and unscientific theory as Darwinism have led to atheism being adopted by huge masses of people and for a general global atmosphere of disorder. However, Allah has equipped Hazrat Mahdi (as) with perfect moral values, knowledge, power of speech and wisdom; and in return for his deep and sincere faith in Allah and his genuine efforts to preach Islam and the absolute existence of Allah, He has granted Hazrat Mahdi (as) with the total collapse of Darwinist belief from its roots and people’s turning toward Allah and the deen in the End Times. The fact that Allah has completed the blessings bestowed on Hazrat Mahdi (as) and the Muslims with him and directed them to the straight path will make it possible for Islamic values to be accepted across the world and for the moral values of the Qur’an to enjoy worldwide dominion.

Another point noted in the verses above is that Allah gives His messengers a “mighty help”. When this verse is again interpreted in the context of the system of the Mahdi (as), it is evident that Allah will bestow a great and honorable victory on Hazrat Mahdi (as) and those sincere Muslims, his followers, who act with him. This victorious position of Muslims is making itself felt ever clearer in the present day. This will reach a peak of perfection with the personal coming of Hazrat Mahdi (as) and his bringing all Muslims together and founding the Turkish-Islamic Union, thus being instrumental in people everywhere living by and applying the moral values of Islam.

One of the most accurate words to describe the situation of those people who war against Muslims, oppose belief in Allah with all their might and strive to that end to keep Darwinism on its feet, for ideological reasons rather than scientific ones, is “wretched.” People who took advantage of the undeveloped state of science and mass ignorance to produce all kinds of false scenarios in the name of Darwinism were caught unprepared by the unforeseeable speed at which science has advanced, and as their lies have been exposed, they have been unable to prevent themselves becoming laughing stocks. Therefore, as set out in the above verses, Allah has both promised and bestowed on Muslims a mighty victory and granted them the global dominion of Islam, and has also inflicted a humiliating and belittling defeat on unbelievers.
